Stay Credit Agreement

1. STAY CREDIT

The Stay Credit is a reservation credit offered by Leisano Living for eligible Stay experiences. A Stay Credit is not a reservation for a specific Stay and does not guarantee availability for any particular Stay, destination, or departure.

Each Stay Credit is valued at One Thousand Dollars ($1,000 USD) and may be applied toward the purchase price of any eligible Stay offered by Leisano Living.

2. VALIDITY

A Stay Credit is valid for eighteen (18) months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing by Leisano Living.

Any unused Stay Credit remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and may not be redeemed for cash or refunded.

3. APPLICATION OF CREDIT

A Stay Credit may be applied to one eligible Stay while the credit remains active.

Once a Stay Credit has been applied to a specific Stay, it becomes part of that Stay reservation and is no longer transferable to another Stay unless otherwise approved in writing by Leisano Living.

Upon application of a Stay Credit, all remaining balances, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and booking terms associated with the selected Stay will apply.

4. PRIORITY ENROLLMENT

Active Stay Credit holders receive priority enrollment for eligible Stay experiences. Additional enrollment windows may be offered to other members of the Leisano Living community at Leisano Living's sole discretion.

Priority enrollment does not guarantee availability and remains subject to capacity limitations for each Stay.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE

All Stay Credit purchases are final.

Stay Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable to another individual, and may not be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent.

6. MODIFICATIONS

Leisano Living reserves the right to modify Stay destinations, schedules, pricing, accommodations, enrollment windows, or program offerings.

If the price of a Stay changes after a Stay Credit has been purchased, the Stay Credit will retain its original value of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000 USD). Participants are responsible for paying any remaining balance due at the time of enrollment.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

Leisano Living shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, labor disputes, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.

8. ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing a Stay Credit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Stay Credit Agreement.
